Click & Collect – a-beauty

It’s really that easy. Just order online then pick up your bag of a-beauty approved products our HQ. 

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  1. Add your favourite products to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout (just like you usually would when placing an online order).
  2. If available, select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method at checkout. Please note not all products are available for Click & Collect.
  3. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us to notifying you that your order has been received and when it will be ready to collect. Your Click & Collect order will usually be ready to collect within a day, so keep an eye out in your email inbox!.
  4. Don’t forget to bring your collection email and valid photo ID.

Can someone collect my order?

Yes. Simply forward the 'Ready For Collection' email to your nominated collector. Be sure to include their full name in the email and ask them to bring a valid photo ID for collection.

Are there any charges?

No. There is no delivery fee or minimum spend at checkout required for a Click & Collect order.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Yes. We have all products that are available and in stock available for Click & Collect. 

Will I receive samples with my order?

Yes, all orders receive two complimentary samples. 

Can I earn Beauty Bucks rewards?

Sure! Just like regular online orders, you can redeem your Beauty Bucks rewards by logging into your online account and placing an order. Your reward will then be added to your online profile.

Can I purchase a Gift Card through Click & Collect?


Do you gift wrap?

No. However, upon collecting your order, your order will come beautifully packaged with tissue paper and in a luxe a-beauty bag. 

Can I include a message?

No. We cannot offer gift messages on Click & Collect orders at this time.

Can I change my order after I have checked out?

No. However when you visit in store to collect your order, you are welcome to purchase or return products in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

No. However, when you visit in-store to collect your order, you are welcome to return your order in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

When can I collection my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a ‘Ready For Collection’ email, usually within a day of placing your order. Click & Collect windows will be available between 2pm - 3pm Monday through Friday.

What do I need to bring?

Remember to bring the ‘Ready For Collection’ email we sent you and valid photo ID.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We will hold your order for 10 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time!

What if I cant make it within 10 days?

If your order is not collected within 10 days of the collection date , it will no longer be available for collection. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have cancelled the order and provide you with a refund. Refunds will be processed in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Can I return a Click & Collect order?

Yes. Products purchased through Click & Collect can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
